12 Croatian accommodation facilities entered the finals of the selection for the best tourist apartment or holiday home in Europe called the European Holiday Home Award. The solemn announcement of the winners will be at a gala dinner on September 14, organized by the European Family Tourism Association EHHA, of which the Family Tourism Association of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce has been a member since March.”This success of accommodation facilities from Croatia is a confirmation of the work of the Family Tourism Association at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce on improving quality by promoting specialization, branding and education developed through the annual cycle of national and cluster Family Accommodation Forums through which more than 6000 family accommodation hosts are educated ”, commented the president of the Family Tourism Association at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Nedo Pinezić.The categories in which it was possible to compete are the best holiday accommodation in the European capital, the best beach holiday accommodation, the best family holiday accommodation, the best green holiday accommodation, the best pet holiday accommodation, the best health and wellness holiday accommodation , the best unique vacation spot and the best affordable vacation accommodation. They are nominated from Croatia Villa Vista Zamask, apartmani Peljesac-Sreser, House for rest Verudica, Villa Sea Edge, Holiday Villa in Split, Villa Falcon Rook, Makarska-Gornje Podbablje, Villa Milica, Villa Prosika, Split-Srinjine, Zminj-Vadediji House Ulika.Family accommodation in Croatia confirmed the quality on the European marketAfter the first phase, the expert jury selected eight finalists for each category, including as many as 12 from Croatia, or at least one in each of the categories. “A total of 425 accommodation facilities from 18 countries were registered with a total of 640 nominations. Police have identified a suspect in the murder of a woman last weekend at a motel in Lantana.Lantana Police say 28-year-old Andre Ramirez should be considered armed and dangerous.He is the subject of an arrest warrant for the murder of 29-year-old Denecia Seward. Authorities found her shot to death at the Super 8 motel on Hypoluxo Road on Sunday morning.According to police, Ramirez was last seen driving a 2005 dark blue Ford Crown Victoria.The Florida license plate is NTQI88.Ramirez is wanted for second-degree murder.Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Palm Beach County CrimeStoppers at (800) 458-TIPS.You could receive a reward if your tip leads to an arrest.

The 22-year-old from Bramhall Golf Club was named as the female Player of the Year and, as a member of the England side which won the 2016 European women’s team championship, she shared the Team of the Year Award.
